DVD Formats
DVDs filmed during the Festivals in Buxton are available in PAL (UK and rest of the world) and NTSC( North America) formats. Other films are available in the formats indicated in the product description.
If you are ordering a DVD please make sure that your DVD player is DVD-R compatible.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Timescale:
Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours, though this may be a little longer during very busy times (such as Bank Holidays, Christmas or Easter!). Be assured, we always aim to dispatch your order just as soon as we can!
If you need something urgently, please e-mail us - we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Should there be any unforeseen delays or issues with the order we will e-mail and discuss options. We will always endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction and will do all we can to meet customer requirements where possible.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Orders to the UK: £2.75 (per order irrespective of size etc)
- Overseas: £5.25 (per order irrespective of size etc)
Returns:
Should any item be supplied as faulty we will exchange or refund as required. Please inform us of any problems as soon after delivery as possible by emailing sarah@gsfestvials.org
